Scanning works best with clear, well-lit photos where the figure is facing forward. Rare or obscure figures, custom builds, and heavily modified figs may not be in the database.
What to try
Try a different angle or a closer crop. Make sure the figure fills most of the box you draw. Good lighting makes the biggest difference.
